Are your students longing for summer? With this activity you can bring them a little bit closer to their dream holidays.
Start off with putting your students in pairs. Then explain that each pair will have:
-Travel agent- who will have to listen to their client very carefully in order to choose the best holiday location. This person also has to be able to repeat client’s demands and explain why certain destination will satisfy them.
-Client- whose task is to describe their dream holiday location
This activity is amazing (and very enjoyable) for practicing careful listening and listening for cues. It also introduces a friendly atmosphere to your lesson. Enjoy :)
